This training focuses on creating a solid and effective foundation for your new starters. The course level system consists of a variety of team building exercises, team development models and, depending on the course level that’s right for your new starters, you benefit from between 2 to 8 bespoke workshops/modules that best suit the industry or team that your new starters are entering into. The course is interactive and engaging and will give your new starters a foundation on how to be an effective team player and how to navigate some of the potential friction points that they may face in their new roles.

Our in person established teams training is aimed, not only at people currently in positions of responsibility, but for anyone who is looking to become a better team member and for those looking to progress into a position of leadership. This training is bespoke to your team and your workplace. It will start with an anonymous fact finding form sent out to the team members where they can share information about themselves and where they succeed and struggle. Our team will then impartially analyse the information and identify any themes. This will be followed by an online consultation, with the manager of the staff taking part in the training (included in the price). Once we have accumulated and analysed the data from all relevant levels we are then able to find a suitable date, then design and deliver a programme that is bespoke and worthwhile to everyone!

This in person school based training is designed to give teachers the tools and confidence needed to take learning outside the classroom. Tailored to every keystage, the training can be a 1 day course or 2 twilight sessions after school.
